These terms govern your use of the STO Intelligence website and our published business phone line, including calls and text messages. STO Intelligence LLC is a Texas limited liability company. By using this site, or by calling or texting our business number, you agree to these terms. They cover this site and that number only, not the separate services we deliver under a signed engagement, which are governed by their own agreement.

Our published business number accepts both calls and text messages. When you text us, you agree to these messaging terms.

• What you get. Texts are answered by an automated (AI) assistant that discloses itself as such, to help with your inquiry and connect you with our team. You start every conversation by texting us first; we do not add you to any marketing list.
• Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
• Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also opt back in by replying START.
• Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information. We handle what you share as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. The content, brand marks, and materials on it belong to STO Intelligence LLC and are provided for your information; you may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our permission. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its normal operation.

The content on this site, and anything our automated assistant tells you, is general information about our firm and its methods. It is not engineering, scheduling, safety, legal, or other professional advice, and it creates no engagement or professional relationship. Formal advice and deliverables come only under a signed engagement. The site and the assistant are provided on an “as is” basis, and to the extent the law allows, STO Intelligence is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on them.

We may update these terms as the site or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and the current version always governs.
