The vision
Assurance and analytics, built on ground truth.
AI-led interviews already run as standard on every STOAR review. The next step is bigger: an independent body of real event data, turned into help STO teams can actually use. Forecasts before the event, a benchmark you can measure against, and assurance that stays current between the gates. The more ground truth that goes in, the sharper the answer that comes out.
Where this is going
Three capabilities, one source of ground truth.
The direction for STO Intelligence is assurance and analytics that run on real event data and sharpen with every event, instead of arriving once and going stale. All three measure against the same documented standard, the STO Management System (STO·CORE), and share the same live event record teams already work in today, the work process platform (STO·PATH). The build stands on a foundation that is already running.
Why it takes real data
A benchmark is only as honest as the data behind it.
Most industry numbers are thin, dated, or locked inside a proprietary black box. We are building an independent, transparent benchmark from real events, contributed by operators who want a better yardstick. The more ground truth that goes in, the sharper the read that comes out for everyone who takes part.

What you contribute
What you get
- Founding access to the benchmark as the dataset matures
- A complimentary read of where your event sits against best practice
- A voice in shaping the metrics and how they are reported
Confidentiality
Everything you contribute is treated as confidential. We use it as you provide it, so we can normalize your events and show you where you stand, and we never sell it, never share it with third parties, and never expose your data to another contributor in any form that can be traced back to you. What others see is aggregated. It is used only to build the benchmark and can be deleted on request. Founding contributor terms are agreed in writing before anything changes hands.
