A rigorous read on the schedule's structural integrity before the baseline locks, while there is still time to fix the logic. Schedule Performance Review

The honest account of what actually happened, reconstructed after the event from the records themselves. We rebuild the as-built against the baseline and bring in the change-order log, the daily reports, and the contractor and equipment gate log, so the read on execution rests on ground truth rather than recollection. It shows where time and labor were made and lost, activity by activity, and why.

Scope Development & Challenge

A facilitated, evidence-based challenge of every discretionary item in the scope, run live with your team in the room and their own risk matrix on the screen. Each item is screened for the risk of not doing it, and where that alone does not justify the work, priced: what the work costs against what the failure would cost. The output is a scope that is lean where it can be and complete where it must be, with the reasoning recorded item by item.

The interviews got better when we stopped scheduling them.

An assurance review has always lived or died on the interviews. The problem was never the method, it was the logistics: a week of calendars, a room of people who could make it, and a consultant who is sharper on Tuesday morning than Thursday afternoon. We used to run group sessions to save time, and a group session buries disagreement. Every STOAR now runs AI-led one-on-one interviews as standard, so the method survives contact with the schedule.

You give us the roster once. Each person gets their own link and takes it when it suits them, in voice or text. No interview week to build a site around.

Fifteen discipline seats, from the STO manager and steering sponsor to fixed equipment, rotating, controls, planning, materials, HSE, capital, logistics, and the execution contractor. Coverage stops depending on who was free.
